Nkosi city
Dovetail Properties is an established property development business based in Gauteng with a strong purpose of advancing partnerships – hence its focus is to be involved with projects that empower, uplift and educate under privileged communities.
Thulabos Residential
Thulabos (only in South Africa will you find a name consisting of the Zulu word, quiet, with the Afrikaans name for bush) was designed as a medium density security complex.
Houghton Village Residential
This diverse, modern sectional title apartment development, consisting of 411 units and a clubhouse is directed at a new emerging young executive market on the fringes of central Johannesburg.
Areva
Interior Tenant Installation and Refurbishment.
BHP Billiton
This project was developed for BHP Billiton by Dovetail Properties and the architects developed the clients brief into an easily understood, logical concept.
Waterfall Equestrian Estate
This was one of the first land parcels to be developed following the successful conceptual design of Waterfall City by Thetaplan. The brief called for an up market equestrian estate with central clubhouse, equestrian sports fields, stables and an exclusive quest house.
Power Group of Companies.
The brief by the Power Group of Companies posed a challenge to the architects, in that the building had to accommodate the development arm, as well as the prolific construction arm of the Power Group.
Constantia 5
Office Park
This office development for Growthpoint Properties forms the benchmark in the well established Constantia Office Park on the 14th Avenue off-ramp to the N1 (Weltevreden Park). The project classifies as an A-grade building and features Primedia Outdoor as its first tenant.
Carlswald North Clubhouse
Carlswald Estate and Carlswald North are residential security estates in Midrand. These share a typical South African “raw” architectural idiom. Both are fully developed and properties in these estates have escalated dramatically in value over the years.
Waterfall Heights Residential
This sectional title development consists of 200 apartments, situated on intimate, narrow streets as in the older cities worldwide.
The Gailes
The Gailes is a freehold residential development in Jackal Creek Golf Estate, targeting the younger and first time homeowner.
XtraSpace
This Gauteng head office for XtraSpace (who specialize in small office and storage rental) is a roughly 40-year old industrial building which was recycled in an industrial – chic architectural idiom, with internal services mostly exposed.
